A Texas man was found guilty on all charges Tuesday in the first criminal trial following the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol. He faces up to 60 years in prison and plans to appeal the sentence. The same day, Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was arrested and charged with conspiracy and will return to court on Friday. CBS News Congressman Scott MacFarlane reports.
