The Liberal Democrat leader has urged the Prime Minister to sack Priti Patel over her handling of Ukraine’s refugee crisis.
Speaking at his party’s spring conference in York, Sir Ed Davey said the government had been “found to be weak” when it came to helping war refugees.
And he said the home secretary’s response was “absolutely disgraceful” and claimed she “slammed the door” on the refugees.
