Anye West was temporarily suspended from Instagram for 24 hours after using a racist slap in response to comedian Trevor Noah.

The 44-year-old musician, who recently changed his name to Ye, spoke on social media to Noah after the talk show host marked his behavior towards Kim Kardashian as “frightening”.

A spokeswoman for Meta told TMZ that West was facing a 24-hour suspension from Instagram because he violated politics over hate speech, bullying and harassment.

The rapper’s post has been removed from the platform and he will not be able to post or comment on Instagram until the 24 hour period is over.

West’s Instagram suspension came after Noah spoke in a segment on the Daily Show about West’s behavior towards his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

In the show, he told the audience: “You may not feel sorry for Kim because she is rich and famous … But what she is going through is frightening to watch and puts a spotlight on what so many women go through when they choose they redeem “.

Responding to the comedian, West shared a post on Instagram showing a Google search for Noah alongside a racist aggravation before he was suspended from his Instagram account.

Noah also responded to West’s attack. He wrote: “You are an indelible part of my life Ye. That’s why it breaks my heart to see you like that. I do not care if you support Trump and I do not care if you hurt Pete. But I do not care if I see you on a path that is dangerously close to danger and pain …

“Never mind, the greatest trick that racists have ever played on black people was to teach us to avoid our blackness if we do not agree. Trick us to divide us into splits so that we never unite into a powerful rod.

The West has targeted Kardashian several times since the couple separated in 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
