Toronto celebrates St. Louis twice this year. Patrick’s Day, because one day is not enough

Are Torontonians wrong to think that one day for St. Is Patrick’s Day enough to celebrate? Mayor John Tory has other ideas in mind as one celebrates the day this year, and it has been more than once. He calls it “St. Patrick’s Day 2 in 2022.”
