Molly McCann secured the highlight of her career at UFC London on Saturday night with one of the most devastating KOs in female UFC history.
The fan favorite made history this week by becoming the first woman to make a British UFC main card and she celebrated in sensational fashion.
McCann landed a spinning back elbow to put Luana Carolina to sleep right away and that was a knockout for the year.
As you can see from the clip below, the two fighters were screwed forward before McCann stretched out and removed a ferocious inverted elbow.
As for the actual fight, meatball Molly came out of the traps incredibly fast and landed a big right hook to move Carolina.
McCann desperately went in search of arrival and exerted a lot of energy, but Carolina was able to hold on.
Carolina had blood coming out of her nose thanks to McCann’s constant attacks, but as the Liverpudlian showboat finished the round, the Brazilian landed a timely reminder on top.
Round 2, McCann secured a takedown that might have washed an otherwise equal round on his feet. To cement the round, an extremely rare backhand landed right in front of Buzzer McCann.
The third round is where we saw a seemingly tired McCann with the goods and after the blow landed, she celebrated as she won the world title. In fact, she found a replica world title at Ringside and sprinted around the Octagon with it instead.
McCann was already popular in the O2 Arena, but her popularity has just climbed to another level with this highlight reel KO.
The 31-year-old is now 12-4 overall and has won her last two matches.
