The new Netflix American psychological crime thriller ‘Pieces of Her’ created by Charlotte Stoudt based on the 2018 novel by Karin Schluecht‘of the same name. The show aired on March 4, 2022 on Netflix. Directed by ‘Minkie Spiro’, the show follows the story of ‘Andrea Cooper‘who was caught in a fatal mass shooting at a local eatery. After a while, she witnessed her motherLaura, Violence eliminates the threat with ease. This changes Andy’s perception of her mother and she tries to find out her mother’s dark past. The more she tries to discover the secret of her mother’s past, the more danger it brings for the two.
‘Pieces of Her ‘Season 2 has not yet been confirmed. The show might be over but there are some bigger issues to explore. Fans really hope to see Laura and Andy together again, but could it be a 2 season? The series was originally created as a limited series, so it is unlikely that there will be a season 2. Asked about Season 2 of the show, creator Charlotte Stoudt revealed that this is going to change as long as the demand is there. Si sot, “It started out as a limited series, and then I think at some point a decision was made to go for a series.” “I believe it was a Netflix decision, but there’s certainly a lot more to say and I consciously started to expand on it a bit more. I tried to open it up so that it would have some legs when it found an audience.
The show was not completely accepted by the book. Writers have changed things here and there. We have seen changes in everything, the ending is completely different from what Karin Slaughter wrote in her book.
