Tampa Bay’s Lightning made the acquisition of Brandon Hagel of the Blackhawks of Chicago on Friday, an attacker of 23 years in which he has two years left to train in his contract once a season.
In return, Lightning gave birth to first round selections in 2023 and 2024, as did the young attackers Taylor Raddysh and Boris Katchouk. In addition to Hagel, the Lightning will receive two fourth-round picks, one this year and the other in 2024.
Hagel has suffered injuries to the Blackhawks last season to secure a job with the team. In 2021, it harvested nine goals and 15 aid mentions in 52 parties.
The Blackhawks compensated him, in August, for granting him a three-year contract, with a global value of US $ 4.5 million.
This season, he scored 21 goals and 16 assists in 55 matches.
