Machine gun Kelly was named Alternative Artist Of The Year before 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
On Tuesday, March 22nd, the “Mainstream Sellout” singer took home the iHeartRadio Music Award.
iHeartRadio shared a clip of Machine Gun Kelly, wearing white Calvin Klein boxer shorts and a blue fur coat, accepting the honor.
“Ahhhhh! Yeah, yeah, iHeartRadio Music Awards, this award that’s not here, but imaginary in mind … means so much to me. The best alternative artist, it means to me the most just that the fans with we’m going through this really rocky, turbulent time. You know what I’m saying. Album will be released on March 25th, Mainstream Sellout, that’s my gift to you to show that we can do it not once but twice. Pants on, I have no pants on, but I’m telling everyone what I just won that we won.
The pink-haired Cleveland native then ran away from the camera without yelling pants: “Hey! We won!”
Machine Gun Kelly will hit the road later this year at its just-announced 52-date arena.
The trek, called the Mainstream Sellout Tour, will launch across North America and Europe in support of a star-studded list of guests including Avril Lavigne, Travis Barker, Blackbear, Trippie Redd, WILLOW, iann dior, PVRIS and 44phantom, on selects Dates.
Produced by Live Nation, the North American leg of the Mainstream Sellout Tour begins June 8 in Austin, Texas at the Moody Center and will stop in Miami, Boston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Nashville and more before concluding in Cleveland. at FirstEnergy Stadium on August 13th.
The tour will mark his first Arena Trek and will also include a special Hometown Stadium performance in Cleveland, Ohio at FirstEnergy Stadium, which is the largest venue in the city.
The 15-stop European leg kicks off on September 17 at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, making stops in Prague, Paris, London and more, before concluding on October 12 in Amsterdam at AFAS Live.

The massive tour is coming to support his next new album, Mainstream Sales, which is due to be released later this month on March 25. The project, which is now available HERE, will feature 16 tracks and a star-studded list of collaborations, including two duets with Lil Wayne, as well as collaborations. mam Pete Davidson, Bring Me The Horizon, Blackbear, Willow, Iann Dior, Gunna and Young Thug. The project includes the singer’s previously released single “Emo Girl” featuring Willow, in addition to his latest release, “Ay!”, Which features Lil Wayne.
