English cricket bosses have been criticized for refusing to say why Jason Roy was fined £ 2,500 and an international ban of two matches was suspended. Roy pleaded guilty to violating the ECB’s disciplinary code, understanding that he took place in England on the T20 Tour to the West Indies in January.
