An SNP MP has told the Prime Minister he would “clink” and be “done” if he was fined for lockdown parties breaking Covid rules.
Boris Johnson said he would not make “running comment” when Pete Wishart quizzed him for seven minutes about Downing Street Partygate allegations.
The Prime Minister said he understood why he was being asked about the police inquiry, adding he had been “very open with the House about where I think we went wrong”.
