“I don’t raise my price. I do a little bit of it. I don’t earn much from my egg,” Miller told CBS News.

“It takes time to adjust to higher prices and higher costs,” Anderson told CBS News. “It doesn’t just sting fingers and get more production.”

“There will come a time when I will have to do something or I won’t be here,” he said.
Cereal prices don’t just affect eggs. The price per pound of minced beef, bacon and whole chickens has increased compared to last year. Experts say they could go higher.
