He likes to talk “s ***”: Thor on Eddie Hall
Eddie Hall and Thor Bjornsson will be touching gloves in Dubai as they look to express a fiery war of words that erupted from 2017.
The Strongman pair will enter the ring tonight at Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium after a week of traded verbal jabs and heated confrontation. Hall and Bjornsson trained for about two years for the event that was initially planned last year.
Bjornsson struggled three times during that period while Hall’s experience was significantly disrupted by a debilitated biceps injury and a recent chest infection. The couple weighed in at a combined 600lbs and will finally tackle their previous sparrows in the iron spot.

When is the Hall vs Bjornsson fight?
The clash between Hall and Bjornsson will take place at Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium at 1pm local time, with the main event being the only attraction on the full battle map.
Both Bjornsson and Hall are involved in violent clashes this week and will finally have the chance to fight for the Clash after years of training. Bjornsson comes into the conflict as the marginal favorite with his recent three boxing fights and the experience he got the angle over Hall, who was inactive due to his recent fights with a dislocated bicep.
Hall is brighter than his opponent for the clash, but will likely favor the power to secure an early stop, with his opponent intent on boxing, if necessary, after concentrating on technique and endurance.
What time does Hall vs Bjornsson start in the UK?
The main series of ring walks are expected to take place at 21:00 in the UK with tickets taking place in front of the same venue with flyweight champion Sunny Edwards.
There is no undercard to cause delays at night, with fans sure to put their full focus on this huge main event.
How to Watch TV and Live Stream

Quotes Corner
Eddie Hall: “This is the only goal I’ve been training on for the last two years. Time was on my side. I’m more practiced, more conditioned and more qualified than I’ve ever been.
“I train full time as a boxer. The footwork, the movements, he saw what I can not do, but it will not help when we are in the ring.
“I will do whatever it takes to put Thor on the screen. I have more heart, more determination, more aggression, more speed, more agility, more punch selection.
“The only thing he has on me is to achieve. I tell you now, this will be a real fight and in a fight it is the better fighter who wins.”
Thor Björnsson : “I will win one hundred percent. I strongly believe I knocked him out and caused some serious damage. It could happen soon, it could honestly happen soon. I said it third or fourth round knockout.
“I expect him to be willing to throw big hooks. He’s going to be square and I expect him to do everything in the first round. Even though I expect I’m ready for anything, he can come up with a very different one. know what I mean.Maybe he comes in relaxed and just waits until I land the first punch.
“But maybe he will come in like a bullet and try to land right away. I think it’s just to wait and see what happens. I trained against different fighters, nocive and professional. Also good amateurs.
“The closer we get to the fight and the more confidence I get. Most of my fans and people know I’m going to get in the box, but when it means I have to go round, so be it.”
