Silent witnesses Favorite Liz Carr has been named as the future James Bond villain.
The actress visited BBC One Saturday Kitchen today (March 20), where she reflected on the spy franchise’s representation of disability through its gallery of antagonists. Carr himself has arthrogryposis multiplex congenita.
During the show, Carr explained to presenter Matt Tebbutt why she’s the perfect casting choice.

“In some ways just being myself, I think I’m great. But I want guns on my chair, I want things to come out of the side, a bit like Inspector Gadget-wise. If you have the kit, you might use it too.

“I just like the idea of surprising people, and that when they look at you, they do not expect me to be who I am, so I do not think they would expect me to be evil,” Carr said. him.
