X Factor star Leona Lewis is pregnant with her first child

    Leona met her now husband, Dennis, when he was a dancer on their labyrinth tour in 2010. The couple soon began dating and bound up nine years later in a lavish ceremony in Tuscany.

    Despite her husband, who has always been keen on raising her brood, Leona, 36, previously revealed she had reservations, saying she would like to adopt a child.

    “My mother grew up in an orphanage. Nobody adopted her as a child and I would very much like to adopt her. But I’m still figuring things out.

    “If it was up to my husband, we would have had children yesterday.”

    Despite becoming one of the show’s most popular and successful stars, Leona struggled with the fame that came with it and previously opened up about her mental health after joining Simon Cowell’s record label, Syco, in 2014. separated.

    In an open letter to fans, Leona revealed that she had “spiraled into a dark place” after a “roller coaster year”.

    Leona has since largely stayed out of the limelight and now lives in Los Angeles with her husband.
