Chloe Madeley “broke for 18 hours a day” during extreme morning sickness.
The 34-year-old personal trainer previously discussed the fights after he became pregnant, and told fans on Instagram how it stopped their normal training regimen.
Chloe is currently 21 weeks pregnant and is planning to have the baby with rugby star husband James Haskell, whom she married in 2018.
Speaking of OK !, she now opened up about exactly how strenuous the experience was.
She told the release: “I know how happy I am to be pregnant and sometimes it’s like looking like a gift horse in the mouth when I say I had a really terrible first trimester, but I did.

“I went through it because I knew how happy I was and I was so happy to be pregnant.”
The personal trainer stated that she will wake up from 9 to 14 weeks from 2 to 8 p.m.
“It was quite a lot, but one thing that put it together and made it a hysterical experience at times was that I also got really bad migraines at the same time,” she added.

Even though she admitted to having some “meltdowns” and spotting a lot of crispy sandwiches, the expectant mother said James was very supportive.
“It was hard – look how she’s so tired and so sick,” the former Wasps star said OK !.
“I’m pretty helpless, but I sometimes put wet flannel on her head. Chloe compared it to a hangover, but without the fun.

As well as detailing their “terrible” symptoms during their first trimester, the daughter of legendary presenting duo Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan embarked on their difficult journey to conceive a child.
She explained that it took two years to get pregnant and it was spring last year when she became “scared” it would never happen to her.
Luckily, there was a happy ending and Chloe and James are turning parents into a baby this summer.
