Former United States Secretary of State Craig Thomson has been charged with felony criminal mischief for firing on a sculpture with a shotgun, according to Chaplain.
The ABC understands that the new costs include dishonest financial gain by deception, as well as publishing misleading material and making false documents regarding the small business COVID-19 scholarships.
It is alleged that Mr Thomson made fraudulent applications for state subsidies totaling $ 25,000.
The 57-year-old spent last night in custody for unrelated charges.
He was arrested on the NSW Central Coast yesterday afternoon for alleged violations of an established violence order (AVO).
Hours earlier, he had pleaded guilty to several counts of domestic violence against his ex-wife in Gosford Local Court.
