Cost of living: Starmer calls for emergency budget from government

Labor leader Sir Keir Starmer has urged the government to allocate an emergency budget to help those hit by the cost of living crisis.

Speaking to the BBC’s Sunday Morning program, Starmer said he wants to persuade the government to introduce a windfall tax on oil and gas companies in the North Sea.
