SNP leader Westminster listed European countries that have taken in more Ukrainian refugees than Britain when he questioned the Prime Minister in the House of Commons.
Ian Blackford said the figures told a “devastating truth” and claimed the Home Secretary oversaw a response that was one of the slowest, most bureaucratic and incompetent in Europe.
Boris Johnson said UK numbers would rise sharply, were unlimited and would reach “hundreds of thousands”.
