It’s official: the sixth season of the CBS legal drama “Bull” will be the last. Series star Michael Weatherly made the announcement on Twitter and the finale is expected to air in May 2022.

Here’s a rundown of some of the top titles from ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, Netflix, and more that the public will no longer see after 2022. Some of the shows have been canceled, while others have been canceled. they will retire voluntarily at some point this year.

“It’s us”

Fans of this NBC melodrama know the latest season of this show since March 2021.

At an NBC press event, series creator Dan Fogelman said the end of the “This Is Us” series will air on May 24th.

“Arthur”

This is the last year to enjoy new episodes of the classic PBS cartoon.

“‘Arthur’ is the longest-running children’s animated series in history and is known for teaching kindness, empathy and inclusion,” executive producer Carol Greenwald said in a statement to CBS News, announcing that the 25th season of ” Arthur “would be his last. The final episode, aired on February 21, 2022, revealed what the future holds for Arthur, DW, and their friends.

“Ozark”

It is likely that rabid fans have already spent the first half of the last season of this tense thriller series, starring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney.

The last batch of episodes is expected to hit Netflix on April 29, 2022.

“The walking Dead”

Horror fans have enjoyed this series for 11 bloody seasons and through several spin-offs.

The second half of the last season began airing on February 20, 2022.

“The Wendy Williams Show”

Debmar-Mercury, the distributor of “The Wendy Williams Show,” has announced that the chat series will end with its current 14th season; will air new episodes on Fox until the fall.

Afterwards, the show space will be replaced by “Sherri,” a new talk show presented by Sherri Shepherd.

“The Ellen DeGeneres Show”

The nineteenth season of this talk show – expected in the spring of 2002 – will be the last.

The audience for DeGeneres’ NBC bids had been declining, in part due to allegations of a toxic job, including racist behavior and employee intimidation.

After four seasons on NBC, this one-hour series, which includes large-scale versions of some of the most popular games on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” was expected to be released in the evening.

The news of the end of the show came in January 2022.

“Peaky Blinders”

The sixth and final season of this historic BBC One drama was expected to debut in the UK on 27 February.

No release date has been announced on Netflix, where Americans are consuming the show.

“Queen Sugar”

Last year, the Oprah Winfrey network announced the cancellation of this drama, but there will be a final season.

The seventh and final season was expected to be filmed and aired sometime in 2022.

“It’s worth calling Saul”

AMC


Bob Odenkirk’s legal family drama is a spin-off of the hit “Breaking Bad,” which ended in 2013. Now it’s Saul’s turn to say goodbye.

The sixth and final season of the AMC series was expected to arrive on April 18, 2022, with 13 episodes split into two parts.

“Black Monday”

The period drama directed by Don Cheadle ended its third season in August 2021.

Showtime announced its cancellation the following January.

“Cooking with Paris”

The first season of “Cooking With Paris” will also be the last.

The Netflix program, which featured famous guests such as Kim Kardashian West, ran for six episodes and was canceled in January 2022.

“Server”

The third season of this supernatural drama set in Philadelphia debuted on Apple TV + in January 2022.

A fourth season is underway, but it will be the last.

The fifth and final season premiered on February 28, 2022.

“Another life”

Katee Sackhoff and Selma Blair headline this sci-fi series from Netflix, which debuted in 2019.

Showtime canceled the series in January 2022 after two seasons.

Alia Shawkat and John Early are among the cast members of the ensemble.

“A discovery of witches”

This British fantasy arose from a trilogy of books whose initial delivery bears the same name.

Originally aired in the UK on Sky Max, the series, starring Matthew Goode, is also broadcast to Americans via Amazon.

“The Derry Girls”

Netflix


Shot in Northern Ireland and inspired by the events during the Troubles, this teen comedy is so successful in Britain that the real Derry has become a tourist attraction. (American fans have discovered the series via Netflix.)

The third and final season was filmed in December 2021 and will air sometime in 2022.

“Wu Tang: An American Saga”

This program conveys a fictional account of the formation of the rap group Wu-Tang Clan.

In November 2021, the series was renewed for a third and final season.

“I know what you did last summer”

Amazon Prime Video


Terror fans will recognize the name; it’s the same as a 1973 novel and an entire movie franchise.

After just eight episodes, this Amazon Prime Video series was canceled in January 2022.

“Dan Brown’s Lost Symbol”

Peacock


This thriller series is based on the novel by Dan Brown.

Peacock canceled it, after only one season and 10 episodes, in January 2022.

“Grace and Frankie”

Seven seasons ago, the lives of two women turned upside down when their husbands, Robert and Sol, announced that they were in love.

The seventh and final season premiered on August 13, 2021, with four episodes released. 12 more were expected in April 2022.

“Death to me”

Two grieving women come together for therapy in this Netflix series.

The return of its third and final season, delayed due to the pandemic, is expected sometime in 2022.

“Kill Eve”

BBC America


The American public discovered this elegant British thriller through BBC America in 2018.

The fourth and final season premiered in February 2022.

“Black-ish”

This family comedy is directed by Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross.

ABC renewed the series for an eighth and final season, which premiered on January 4, 2022.
