British clothing and homewares brand Joules has announced it will appoint administrators, which could put around 1,700 jobs at risk.
The company said it is making the move after talks with potential investors failed to raise additional funds.
Joules also said it is suspending trading in its shares on the London Stock Exchange.
When Joules listed its shares on the London market in 2016, the company was valued at around £140m.
