Strikes by security staff working on Eurostar train service this week have been called off to allow union members to vote on a salary offer.
Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) union employed by Mitie were due to leave on Friday and Sunday over a pay dispute.
Talks continue and more strikes will take place next week if the dispute is not resolved.
Mitie said it had contingency plans in place should the action go ahead.
