A new ambulance taking children from Northern Ireland to Dublin for life-saving treatment has been fitted with features to make the journey a little easier for families.
It is Northern Ireland’s first dedicated pediatric ambulance and will primarily transport those in need of heart surgery.
About 500 trips are expected annually.
