Talks are underway over the future of the bar called Nottingham Forest fans “local”

A pub packed with Nottingham Forest fans on match days down to the track changes hands. Waterside Bar + Kitchen, next to Trent Bridge, was renamed the Southbank Bar – called Forest fans “locally” – in 2020.

The venue, which was the go-to bar for footie fans, received a £ 500,000 makeover to complement the luxurious Waterside apartment complex with river views in West Bridgford and appeal to a wider and more diverse crowd.

A new all-day concept has been introduced, with an innovative menu and more varied drinks featuring weekend DJs and special dining events.
