Both sides have everything to play for, as Galatasaray want to welcome Barcelona into the cauldron of Nef Stadyumu for the second leg of their Europa League Round of 16 clash. The first leg a week ago was 0-0 at Camp Nou.
Both sides are on high gear in the match as Barça won a crushing 4-0 victory against Osasuna last time out in La Liga, while their Turkish opponents won a 2-1 victory against tough rivals Besiktas.
The winner of the match goes to the quarter finals of the Europa League. A reminder that away goals no longer serve as tie-breakers in the Europa League and if the second leg also ends in a draw, it goes into extra time and, if necessary, a penalty shoot-out.

68 minutes: Gavi replaces Frenkie De Jong for Barcelona, who continue to make things difficult for Galatasaray. Can the Catalan club stay out of the game with just over 20 minutes left and reach the quarter-finals?
62 minutes: Mohamed replaces Gomis for Galatasaray. At the moment Barcelona controls the game well and plays some nice passes. Cicaldau claims he was fouled by Alba in the penalty area, but the game is waved.

Halftime: Galatasaray 1-1 Barcelona: We have reached the second leg in the half and it is not yet clear who will go next. Galatasaray took good care of themselves and took the lead through Marcao, but Barcelona grew into the match, with Pedri scoring a nice equalizer. An exciting second half awaited, with extra time an opportunity following.
45 minutes: In the final phase of the first half, Adama Traore sent a cross, which found Aubameyang, who hit his header at the end on the bar.
40 minutes: Eric Garcia is booked for a challenge on Marcao, which seems a bit loud as the Barcelona defender seems to be getting out of the way.

27 minutes: Sergio Busquets is booked for a late challenge at Cicaldau, and the Barcelona midfielder is frustrated by the treatment Galatasaray gave Adama Traore.
25 minutes: Barcelona try to get the ball in the direction of Aubameyang, but the Galatasaray defense works hard to eliminate the threat. On the other hand, Sergino Dest must make an impressive cut. Barcelona certainly did not do everything in their own way.
17 minutes: The battle between Adama Traore and Patrick Van Aanholt, who had previously played each other in the Premier League, is key. Van Aanholt will take away this opportunity with a challenge on the band, but Traore will surely cause further problems as the game progresses.
