Chris Cuomo has been subjected to “unquestionable damages” in the wake of CNN’s “unquestionable choice” to send it back last December 4, which can be read in the arbitration application filed Wednesday.
The ex-presenter has been granted leave to counsel his brother Andrew Cuomo, former governor of the State of New York, on charges of harassment and sexual aggression committed by senior employees. Chris Cuomo would in particular have dictated his press releases to his brother to confront this series of accusations.
«The journalistic integrity of [Chris] Cuomo has been denigrated in an unjustified manner », one can read in the document submitted by the lawyers of the former presenter. As a result of the “difficult, even impossible” search for a similar job, following these events, the man advertised $ 125 million on the CNN channel.
