Schultz beat his ticket to the gold medal match by an absolutely wild victory in the semi-final against Jordan Wood of Lehigh. He is one of the 15 three-time All-Americans at ASU and the second wrestler to reach the feat under the head coach <dfn>Zeke Jones<\/dfn> nom Zahid Valencia. I&#8217;m excited that he&#8217;s getting what he&#8217;s worked for all his life and I&#8217;m very grateful that I&#8217;m here with him and that I&#8217;m in Arizona State with Zeke, <dfn>Frank Molinaro<\/dfn> in the <dfn>Lee Pritts<\/dfn> and that our administration supports wrestling. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to work with Schultz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cohlton is a huge kid. He&#8217;s someone you want to be around &#8211; his personality is second to none. He&#8217;s a hard worker you want your daughter to date and your son to grow up with. As soon as I hit it on the head. With I thought.&#8221; When I roll through it, I&#8217;m upstairs \u201dand I&#8217;m lucky that&#8217;s what happened and it worked in my favor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On how much he predicted and looking forward to fighting Gable Steveson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve not fought Gable since my first year of high school or anything like that. He&#8217;s a huge competitor and an excellent wrestler. I see all the things on social media and I know everyone thinks he&#8217;s inconsistent, but &#8220;My plan is to strike him. If things get in my way, I will raise my hand.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How ASU helped him improve his game<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have one of the best coaching staff in the world.  Bringing coach Thompson this year was tremendous &#8211; having a great partner like that in the room who was able to fight and coach me was extremely good.  He just has a great personality and when I have Thompson in my corner I feel like he&#8217;s getting my head in the right place for all my matches and the whole weekend was great.  Trainer <dfn>Zeke Jones<\/dfn> put together the best practice plan for the whole year, he planned everything.  If you want to become national champion, you want to win a lot of trophies and a lot of matches you have to come to ASU.
