China’s civil aviation regulator on Tuesday immediately launched the launch of a two-week security reform of the civil aviation sector after a passenger plane crashed the day before with 132 people on board.<\/p>\n

In addition to the previous security surveillance and guidance, the security reform aims to further strengthen the investigation of hidden threats in the civil aviation sector to ensure the absolute safety of aviation operations and the lives of the people, said the Civil Aviation Administration of China in a circular.<\/p>\n

The security reform covers all regional air traffic management agencies, companies involved in civil aviation transport and general aviation, relevant service providers, airport operators, flight training organizations, among others.<\/p>\n
