Wages will not change if employees decide to relocate.<\/p>\n<p>Employees can spend up to three months working in each country they visit each year, but they will still need a permanent address for tax and payroll reasons, which implies a &#8220;mountain of complexities,&#8221; but Chesky said the company is working in open source.  solution.<\/p>\n<p>The new policy will put the company in a better position to hire and retain the best people by &#8220;not limiting the talent pool to a radius of travel around our offices,&#8221; Chesky said. <span >Distance work and flexibility<\/span> \u201cIt will become the predominant way we all work in 10 years,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Millions of people went to work remotely during the pandemic to limit potential exposure to COVID-19.
