Fashion brand Missguided has appointed administrators after its creditors filed for liquidation. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The retailer, which employs around 330 people, has asked Teneo Financial Advisory to sell its business and assets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The company will continue to trade while it searches for a buyer, Teneo said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

As some of the challenges Missguided has faced, it cited increased supply chain costs, general cost inflation and dwindling consumer confidence in an increasingly competitive marketplace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Teneo’s Gavin Maher said there was “a high level of interest from a number of strategic buyers.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He thanked Missguided staff and other key stakeholders for their “support during this difficult time.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
