It affects us all. And I think now that we have a full team it also feels a lot better and we’re starting to mesh, we’re starting to click. But that’s huge, I don’t think I’ve ever been part of a team that can hit the basketball that crazy and get 145 points.<\/p>\nBrionna Jones scored the best for USA with 24 points from 12-14 shooting, while seven other players contributed with double-digit totals. <\/p>\nThe big win also included US World Championship records for field goals and assists \u2014 62 field goals surpassed the previous record of 47 and 36 assists surpassed 32 \u2014 with the entire team shooting 66% from the field. <\/p>\n“I think if you look at us and just know how talented we are, but also just get together, we play very, very well together,” Wilson said. <\/p>\n“And we’ve only been together for maybe a week, a few days. So it speaks volumes about where this team is going. But right now I think we’re really in a good place.”<\/p>\nThe USA have now won 26 consecutive World Cup games, matching their 1994-2006 streak. They are still well short of the record streak of 56 consecutive victories set by the Soviet Union between 1959 and 1986. <\/p>\nThe victory means the USA remain unbeaten after the first four games of the competition while Korea slips to 1-3. <\/p>\n
