Treasury bonds continued to rise in March on the cost of helping households with their energy bills. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Borrowing, the difference between spending and tax receipts, was \u00a321.5 billion last month, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

That’s the second highest borrowing in March since monthly records began in 1993.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
