Update: Sudden Death Inquiry, Gordonbrook Dam (South Burnett)

Police are seeking public assistance to track down the movements of two people in a vehicle after their bodies were found at Gordonbrook Dam at 3.30pm yesterday.

The couple’s identities have yet to be confirmed, but they are believed to be a local man in his fifties and a local woman in her late forties.

Detectives tracking their movements are seeking public assistance with officers appealing to anyone who saw their white 2004 Holden Commodore station waggon parked in the picnic area of Gordonbrook Dam (pictured below).

It is assumed that the vehicle has been there since 22 February and anyone who has seen the vehicle or has further information is advised to contact the police immediately.
