The Saguenay Police Service (SPS) has arrested four individuals and detained two firefighters in Chicoutimi at Saguenay Sunday morning.

Just before 3 a.m. Sunday, an appeal was made to Saguenay police to denounce an individual in possession of a firefighter and firefighters in the Arthur-Buies street sector.
“As a result of this information, a team of investigators has entered the work to collect more [de détails] », Explained the spokesman of the Saguenay Police Service, Luc Tardif.
Just before 8am, police received a second call for shots fired in the same area, near 110, rue Arthur-Buies.

The team that was already on the places due to the first call was able to return quickly. Four individuals were then arrested and transported to the post to be met by investigators.
“Two firearms were seized. One who had the appearance of an AK-47 machine-type fusil fuselage, about which the agent claimed, however, that it would probably be an army to seal.

Problematic endroit
