The Robertson residence was sold for a whopping $ 17.25 million to a developer after the owners, who had called the 673 Musgrave Road Pad 34 years home, finally decided to sell it.
The sale has broken real estate records in the capital of the solar state – the biggest sale of a residential home in 2022 to date.
