Two years (and counting) of a pandemic have made movies more special than ever. We appreciate the rare opportunities when it feels safe to go to a theater to enjoy the best movies on the biggest screen with fellow citizens. In 2021, some of that magic came back, thanks to a selection of special movies that drew us to the movies.
On March 27, Hollywood honors the top films at the 94th Academy Awards. Unless you’re famous enough to see the fire in person at the Dolby Theater, you’ll have to watch the show live at home. Fortunately, there are many ways to do this.

The Oscars will be broadcast on ABC, starting at 8pm ET on March 27th. If you have kept the cord, you can simply watch the shipment there. But you can also watch online through ABC.com or the ABC app by authenticating your account with Spectrum, Verizon or any other Pay TV service provider.
If you want to fully embrace the streaming lifestyle, you need a live TV streaming service to enjoy the show. Fortunately, there are many possibilities. DirecTV Stream, FuboTV, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and many more should give you streaming access to the live ceremony. (If you have regular Hulu, and can avoid spoilers, the ceremony is available to stream there on Monday, March 28.)

The show faced some controversy over major awards, such as Best Editing and Best Original Score, being removed from the main event, while the slightly pandering best “Oscar Cheer Moment” was voted by the audience (just so Spider-Man: No Way Home can take a statue home).
