Boris Johnson has said people have a right to expect better from their Prime Minister when it comes to his fine for the No10 party.
He said he apologized “unreservedly” and respected the outcome of the police investigation.
The Prime Minister said he knew so many people would be “angry and disappointed” but was “obliged to meet the priorities of the British people”.
