COVID-19 has shaken the economy and changed the priorities of American workers. But some employers are catching up with these changing demands … and gaining recognition for their efforts.

Glassdoor has compiled a list of the best companies to work with in 2022, leveraging survey data from more than 100 million employee reviews. To create the list, analysts analyzed nine job attributes, including career opportunities, compensation, benefits, culture, diversity, and work-life balance.

Overall, tech companies (including big names like Microsoft and Google) are enjoying this year’s big hits, thanks to flexible work environments, better pay, and gold benefits. But Glassdoor’s final list includes a number of industries, such as real estate, healthcare, retail, finance and more.
