Hello everybody. It’s spring cleaning time! And no place in the house needs a bigger spring cleaning than that desk you’ve been working on for the last two and a half years.

So let me show you some ways I’ve updated my home office space.

I really like to light up my workspace and call anything a little bright “jewelry”. So this is my new “jewelry” for the office.

It is very important to make sure that your drawers are clean and organized. There is no reason to have a messy drawer. And I use these beautiful kitchen dividers – this is for silver or knives. I will never make a mess again!

The pin-up board is a fantastic thing. (Don’t look at this calendar. It really has a lot of appointments. I don’t even see a day off. I need to talk to my office about it.)

A little brightly colored, from the chair to our recyclable basket. This is just a pretty old basket that I painted blue.

P Touches can be used wisely. Each cable is labeled: laptop, printer.

It is very nice to have some hand filtered water in a small bottle. I use it in every room in my house.

And if you’re an archivist like me, these boxes are very useful. You can save them for snapshots and photos. (You can save them for love letters …)

I still have a lot of meetings in Zoom, so I made sure I have a very beautiful light, a flattering light, that I can shine directly on my face so that when people look at me in Zoom, they see me well. .
