While many high school seniors are celebrating their results, some said they felt “let down” after receiving the wrong pre-information.
In England, pupils were given additional details this year due to disruption from the Covid-19 pandemic. However, an AQA high school law exam contained topics the students had not anticipated.
A spokesman for AQA admitted the issues made the exam “more challenging” for students, but said grade limits for the affected work were lowered.
However, some students at the Outwood Post-16 Center in Workshop, Nottinghamshire, said they “lost all composure” during the exam.
