Italian restaurant chain Prezzo has announced it will close 46 restaurants after being hit by rising costs.
The group said the closures, which put 810 employees at risk of being laid off, came after operating costs more than doubled.
Prezzo said the restructuring would affect locations where footfall is still below pre-pandemic levels
It said it would keep its restaurants in busier shopping districts like specialty shopping centers and tourist destinations.
