Conservative backbencher Nigel Mills has said Boris Johnson must resign over his lockdown party fine.
He said it was “unacceptable” that Boris Johnson broke rules he himself made during the pandemic and said Britain “has the right to accept higher standards”.
He said he supported Boris Johnson but “laws are laws and when you break them there has to be a consequence”.
